If there is a problem or if the item is unsatisfactory, please contact us within first 24hrs of receiving the product. Provide details of problem of the received goods and reason for return.
We do not accept return unless it provided with photo evidence of quality issues.
The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent. The item must be altered and worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, odours or any traces of such kind, no further consideration will be offered.
NOTE:The price is only for the dress, and does not include any accessories such as gloves, jacket, veil and petticoat.
Please note that the colour might appear slightly different in person from the photos due to lighting, photography, monitor resolution.
NOTE: Please understand that our tailors will accommodate to your request for custom sizing. However, due to a variety of factors including, weight, height, bone structure of each body - some alterations might be required even after tailoring a dress with custom measurements.
Estimated shipping time of this product is between two to four weeks. We currently do not ship this product to Brazil.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Due to Covid-19 we are extending our return policy to 75 days in order to cope up with shipment delays.
Our policy lasts 75 days. If 75 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges can be made within the first eight hours of order submission. If an exchange is requested after the product has been shipped out, the customer will be responsible for shipping back the product unused and in original packaging. Customer will be responsible for bearing the expense of the return shipping cost.
Once the order has been placed, any changes to it can be processed within the first 8 hours. Please note once the order is submitted for fulfillment and processing, no changes can be made.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Good Store, great dress
Honestly I was a bit skeptical as I ordered this dress..but the dress looks 100% like on the picture.:) The material is good, the dress has 3 layers and 3D flowers on it. My dress is a custom made one and it fits really nice. The only change I have made was in the bust area: as you can see originally there is a double layer to hide the breasts- I took one layer out and made the ara smaller so that it will be more transparent. All in all I am very satisfied with my order and the communication. The dress arrived because of the corona-situation in 2.5 months. Note: The dress needs a pettycoat.

I loved the dress. Very much like the pictures. The flowers are embossed which gives you a very elegant finish. I thought it was going to be transparent but the dress is under the bottom and also double tulle. The store sent a complementary simple veil and earrings as detail, which seemed very interesting and special to me. It took 50 days to arrive and was well packed. I ordered it with the custom sizes. All a Dream
